Our Story

Born from a belief that real food shouldn't require a compromise

Aftershock Nutrition started with a simple frustration: why should you have to choose between food that tastes extraordinary and food that actually fuels your body? We refused to accept that either/or.

Located on Highway 33 in Perkins, Oklahoma, our bakery and nutrition store bring together the art of slow fermentation and the science of macro-conscious formulation. Every loaf is hand-shaped. Every supplement is third-party tested. Every product earns its place on our shelves.

We partner with local Oklahoma mills and select only single-origin, minimally processed ingredients. If we can't pronounce it, it doesn't go in.

Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our dough is hand-folded, not mechanically overworked. Speed is the enemy of flavor — we let time do the work.

Every supplement batch is tested. Every loaf is judged by taste, crumb structure, and how it makes you feel. Standards don't drop just because we're in a small town.
